HRG 1100 1947

HRG 1100 Sports, 1947, Singer engine, FIVA Id. Card. A rare and beautiful car coming from the factory founded by Halfords, Godfrey e Robins in 1935, this 1100 Sports is one of the few examples been manufactured at Kingston- upon-Thames between 1938 and 1950. Rarer then the other rare 48 cars, this is the car that was delivered to the famous journalist and driver Robin Richards, who drove it to win the Coupe des Alpes in 1948. The car has matching numbers, excellent condition, and a fully documented history, having been traced and pictured on the Ian Dussek's book on this marque. Still retaining its original registration number JGJ 80, the car is delightful to drive and ready to enter any international event in the next season; an unbeatable deal!
