Healey Silverstone
Manufactured in 1950 with Registration HSC 400 and Chassis n°D 28.
Original Riley engine 2443 cc,n°3814.
FIVA ID card 23826.Donald Healey decided to start his small production of high performance vehicles in 1947 at Warwick; undoubtely, the Healey Silverstone was the club racer's dream: built in no more than 105 examples, with its spartan light-alloy body with Lucas headlamps tucked away inside the front grille, the large cycle wings, the simple and strong 2,5 litres Riley engine, the recessed spare wheels used as rear bumper, it really was the icon of the British post-war sporstcars! Particularly, this example number 28 we're offering, has a very peculiar and single history, it wasn't ever fully restored, it still retains its original 1950 registration plate, FIA and FIVA documents to race and rally; the huge volume of old papers and documentations we can supply with the car tells you that our HSC 400 was the official Scottish Team car for Ireland Circuit. The car is still in its original red livery.

HRG 1100 Sports
Registered for the first time on 1947 with plate JGJ 80 and Chassis n°577.
Engine 1074 cc, n°A314Q.
FIVA ID card 23831.H.R.G. was a factory founded in the summer of 1935 in Kingston-upon-Thames by Mr.Halfords, Mr.Godfrey and Mr.Robins to build up some special light racing cars; its mission was to concentrate the engineering efforts over a small production of fascinating sportscars. Particularly rare was the type 1100 S, that we are introducing here; it was made from 1938 to 1950 and only 49 examples were raced or sold in the competition world.
Our JGJ 80 is a very peculiar item, that was driven by Robin Richards, who won the Coupe des Alpes 1948; the car is black, complete and fast running, it has a wonderful red leather interior and it still retains the period registration plate, that's published over an impressive lot of documents and H.R.G. Register books coming with the car.
The engine is a sound and performing four cilynder Singer 1,100 and the body is in mint condition.

Singer 9 Le Mans 1934
Registered for the first time on 1934 with plate AYM 957 and Chassis n°62501.
Engine 972 cc, n°575234E;FIVA ID card n°023866.The chassis number 62051 and the original registration AYM 957 definetly tell us this is the that the Coventry company sold in 1934 to Mr. Ian Connell, who drove it to win the Alpine Trial in that year; it's the same car that Connell himself took as a private entrant to Le Mans in 1935. It still retains its original black and green colour scheme used by this famous gentleman driver until the early forties, with a standard 972 cc.engine with modified Solex carburettors, and a lot of peculiarities and time ancillaries. It was completely restored in 1996, as a perfect, clean and fine British tourer, that's good for some important rallies and events around Europe, but it's perfect also for a sunny weekend in the countryside, with a nice green leather interior, a quite new soft top and a chrome rack for your light luggage or picnic basket. The car is accompanied by some important historical papers, and an "A category" Fiva Identity Card and has been already driven at the Mille Miglia 2005!

Allard K1 roadster
Registered in 1947 with original plate SH 8025 and chassis n°242.
V 8 engine 4000.
FIVA ID card n°025057.A couple of years before the beginning of the Second World War, a Ford dealer in Clapham, Mr. Sidney Allard, built a dozen of Ford engined cars to compete in hill climbs and speed trials; the early production was interrupted by the war, but, at the end of forties, Allard resumed building his competition cars and in 1946, with a bodyshape streamlined and produced by Godfrey Imhof, this wonderful two seater roadster was born; it was the Allard K1, the most accelerative road car of its day. Of course, the four litres V-8 engine, the uncredible 3 speed gearbox and all the mechanical components are American, but the marvelous alluminium bodywork, such as the classic wooden facia and the vintage Brooklands steering wheel are very very British. Our black SH 8025 is a very peculiar item; it's fitted with a tuned engine, a Holly carburettor, and a couple of very noisy competition exhausts. It's really a rare car that was built in only 151 examples until 1948, it's in proper original condition with a fine history and a wonderful grey interior.
